25 years ago, Alterations by Sarah opened its first location in Wichita, KS. Since then, we’ve expanded around Kansas and Oklahoma with seven locations. Privately owned and carefully managed by Abdul and Sarah, Alterations by Sarah is the leader in custom tailoring and alterations in the Midwest.
